• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the Service

3. IP Logging & Monitoring

By using FirePit, you acknowledge and consent to the logging of your IP address. All sessions are subject to admin monitoring for safety and moderation purposes. This data may be used to investigate violations of these Terms and may be shared with law enforcement when required by law.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you share via FirePit, including video, audio, and text messages. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to transmit it through the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirePit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

FirePit is a live video chat platform where you can meet new people, play games together, and build real connections — all in real time.

🔥 What is FirePit?

FirePit is a random video & text chat platform. You pick topics you're interested in, and FirePit instantly matches you with someone else who shares them. No profiles, no waiting — just real conversations.

🎯 Topics / Categories

Before you start chatting, you choose one or more topics (like Gaming, Music, Sports, etc.). FirePit uses your selected topics to match you with someone who has similar interests, making conversations more natural and enjoyable.

👫 Meeting New Friends

Click Find New Friends and FirePit pairs you with a random person who shares your topics. Your camera and microphone activate so you can see and hear each other live. A text chat panel is also available alongside the video.

⏭ Skip

Not feeling the vibe? Hit Skip at any time to instantly end the current session and search for someone new. The other person is not disconnected from FirePit — they are simply placed back into the queue to find their next match too.

✖ Stop

Stop ends your current session and takes you back to the setup screen. Only you are affected — if you were chatting with someone, they stay on the platform and continue looking for their next connection.

🎮 Mini Games

While in a chat session, you can challenge your partner to a mini game via the chat panel. Available games include:

• Tic-Tac-Toe — Classic 3-in-a-row strategy game.
• Blackjack — Beat the dealer. Both players play against the house simultaneously.
• UNO — The card game classic. Draw, skip, reverse, and play wild cards.
• Doodle Game — One player draws, the other guesses. Take turns and see who can read each other's minds.
• Trivia — Answer random trivia questions and see who scores higher.
• Whack-a-Mole — Race to click the mole before your partner does. Fast reflexes win.
• Battleship — Place your fleet on a grid and take turns trying to sink each other's ships.

🔥 Embers

Embers are FirePit's appreciation currency. If you really enjoy a conversation, you can send your partner an Ember as a compliment. Your total ember count is shown as a badge on your profile and next to your name in chats — a sign of how well-liked you are on the platform.

⭐ Favorites

Met someone great and want to chat again? Add them to your Favorites list while in a session. Favorited users are saved to your account so you can find them again or send them a direct message later.

📥 Inbox / Direct Messages

Registered users have access to a private Inbox. You can send and receive direct messages with people you have connected with before. Look for the inbox icon in the top bar when you are logged in.

🚫 Blocking

If someone makes you uncomfortable, you can Block them instantly during a session. Blocked users will never be matched with you again. You can also report users for rule violations — reports are reviewed by moderators.

🚩 Reporting

See something that violates the rules? Use the Report button during any session. Reports are sent directly to FirePit moderators who review all flagged sessions to keep the community safe.

🎥 Host Viewer Queue

Streamers and creators can set up a personal Viewer Queue. You create a viewer password on the setup screen, then share it with your audience. Your viewers enter that password to join your queue, and you connect with them one at a time in order — perfect for live streams where you want to chat with your audience on camera.

• Viewers see their position in the queue in real time (e.g. "3 of 12 in queue")
• The host sees a live count of how many viewers are waiting
• The host controls when each connection starts by clicking Connect Next Viewer

⏸ Pause

Need a moment? Hit Pause to stop FirePit from searching for a new partner after your current session ends. When you are ready again, click Resume to jump back into the queue.

🎙 Mute & Camera

Toggle your microphone on or off with the Mute button at any time during a session. Toggle your camera on or off with the Camera button. Your partner will see a placeholder when your camera is off.

⚙ Device Switcher

Have multiple cameras or microphones? Use the Devices button to switch between them on the fly without leaving your current session.

🔒 Safety & Moderation

All sessions on FirePit are subject to admin monitoring. Your IP address is logged for safety purposes. Moderators can observe live sessions and take action on reported users. FirePit is strictly for users aged 18 and older.
